Shen Hongyu(沈紅雨) is a judge of China’s Supreme People’s Court (SPC). She currently serves as a judge of the SPC’s Intellectual Property Court and judge of China International Commercial Court (CICC). Before then, Judge Shen worked at the SPC’s 4th Civil Division.
Judge Shen majored in civil and commercial law at Renmin University of China. She obtained a Doctor Degree of Law. She studied at the University of Hong Kong from September 2002 to August 2003. Since August 1995, she has worked at Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, Guangdong Province, and the SPC.
